Fayetteville Man Sues Former Green Beret Imprisoned In Afghanistan

FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. -- A Fayetteville man has sued a former Green Beret who was imprisoned in Afghanistan after becoming the center of an Afghani abuse case last summer.
Bill Hagler said ex-Green Beret Jonathan Idema failed to pay him after winning a $650,000 settlement.

Hagler said he helped Idema win a suit against two of Idema's former property managers.
Idema claimed the property managers sold his business equipment while he was serving time in federal prison in the mid-90s.

Idema is now serving five years in an Afghanistan prison. Afghan authorities arrested Idema on July 6, 2004, for running a makeshift prison where detainees may have been abused.

Yes our imprisoned POW Hero Leader "Groucho" General Jack Idema just loves to project! our imprisoned POW Hero Leader "Groucho" General Jack Idema continues to smoke issues with falsehoods, misrepresentations, smears, outright lies while refusing to answer any questions of fact, of course just like his lawyer "Gummo Tiffany"! Let's take for example the latest posting from our imprisoned POW Hero Leader "Groucho" General Jack Idema website.

Actually, this picture is of Joe Cafasso, but they look almost the same- sloppy fat rotten teeth liars usually do have similarities, and Artis, Cafasso, and Hagler could go go for twins.

Bill Hagler calls himself a diamond in the rough. Wow, that is benevolent. Hagler has been convicted of dealing narcotics (cocaine, although he was also a heroin dealer), credit card fraud, and spent several months in jail for the attempted extortion of a bail jumper. He is currently in bankruptcy (his lawyer is Paul Faison Winbourne in Raleigh, NC) and his case is currently before bankruptcy judge Thomas Small also in Raleigh, NC. Hagler is working hard to avoid a lengthy jail term for IRS tax evasion, since he hasn't paid taxes in about twenty years (drug dealers and conmen rarely do).

Hagler has been repeatedly brought up on charges by the North Carolina Protective Services Board for impersonation of a licensed private detective, a police detective, and a lawyer. A simple call to the NC State Agency, and a simple criminal records check in Cumberland County would have divulged all this, but apparently, Stacy Sullivan was too enamored with his style and stories, and Mariah Blake was too busy being given a tour of Fayetteville by Hagler to check out his background, or perhaps, that is why they used him as a "unnamed" "confidential" source. Hagler, at the request of Thompson, Artis, and Blake, met Jack's wife and got her drunk on vodka and Zanex (and some diazepam for good measure) then recorded her and tried to use the recordings to blackmail Jack's 84 year old father, and blackmail his wife for documents he could sell to these journalists and Floggin the Simian.

Before Hagler became a much sought after press source and man about town, he spent his days repossessing cars for Centura Bank, but eventually, they repossessed his car and so the party ended. From there he started filing slip and falls, ranging from suing a friend for falling down her stairs, to suing insurance companies for fender benders. Anyone that wants background on Hagler can call any Superior Court Judge in Cumberland County, NC. Another good call would be to the Cumberland County Attorney, Mr. Doug Canders.

Hagler made his big stake in life the day he murdered an old woman, then made it look like he found her dead body, then looted her estate (he even took her dead husband's clothes)."

We find it again interesting that our imprisoned POW Hero Leader "Groucho" General Jack Idema continues to attack the defendants in his ..ah.... so-called civil law suit while refusing to answer anything with fact. Lets see Artis started just telling the truth! Cafasso? Isn't he the guy who actually got the Charity Fraud Investigation started against you? Yeah...charity fraud Jack! The one where you claimed you did not accept "one dime", just 115,750 of them! While it does not surprise us that our imprisoned POW Hero Leader "Groucho" General Jack Idema continues to attack those who even helped him!

Yes Junior Cape Crusaders Jack has very few friends left. Lets see.... Ted Kavanau, Jim Morris, Skip London...ah.... Chico and Harpo...... BTW Jack is it true that you and Vicky had ..ah... three-somes? Like with the Fedx lady and the daughter of the lawyer who sprung Vicky from prison in Texas? Lions and tiger and bears....OH MY! We will note that while the latter is only really known to Jack and Vicky its a pretty strong ..ah... tale down at Bragg! But since our imprisoned POW Hero Leader "Groucho" General Jack Idema seems to feel its acceptable to post bull-sheet-rock and altered news articles we thought we throw in what we consider a very strong circumstantial report for the booty of it!

But Junior Cape Crusaders Jack has attacked everyone who has tried to help him in one way or another. Including his boyhood idol Robin Moore! Now our imprisoned POW Hero Leader "Groucho" General Jack Idema attacks William Hagler. Why? We ask why William Hagler all of a sudden? Sniff...sniff... sniff....we smell a Jack........ah... rat that is......

William Hagler maybe a lot of things to many people and one can say that for most of us. Not a rich man.... but definitely not a hood! William Hagler is someone who has made his share of mistakes in his past life and we have all made our fair share of mistakes. But unlike Jack, Mr. Hagler has walked a healed path and he is not someone who murdered anyone. Nice try Jack we guess liable and slander is not beneath you! But why attack William Hagler? We know there must be a.... Jack reason.....? Are we "projecting" again JACK?

Impersonating a PI? Hummm, convicted fraud and felon? Just like you Jack, now twice over! Repo'd vehicles? Like your Jeep? You were a police detective? Your words Jack! How about impersonating a US Army Major? Is that like impersonating a DoD Contractor Officer? Is that why there is a North Carolina Warrant out for you impersonating a police officer? Is that why you skipped bail? Oh wait we forgot it was you who attempted to murder a reporter by taking a shot at him! Yeah right he was on the other side of the room..... WAIT! Suing insurance companies? Now Jack could this really meant to be you and ..ah... accident prone Vicky? Blackmail? Now Jack that is your MO! You seemed to have taken a lesson from the CIA. Get close to your target, get dirt and then use it against them for your own gain! Wonder who you have screwed over like this? Wait! Jack why don't you call the Cumberland County Attorney? Your the pro at dropping dimes! Or is it now $1.75 by sat phone?

You see Junior Cape Crusaders Mr. Hagler is one who helped Jack win the Wiggins Lawsuit as we are told by our buds at Bragg. Oh yeah did we forget to mention that our imprisoned POW Hero Leader "Groucho" General Jack Idema screwed over Mr. Hagler and refuses to pay out his fee? What a surprise! Could it be that Mr. Hagler is now in the process of legally coming after Jack? Seems to be Jack's old MO.... Smear the people who oppose you! Now our imprisoned POW Hero Leader "Groucho" General Jack Idema wants to attack another person who was once in his camp! Now Jack has nothing better to do than smear the man who helped him win a large lawsuit! How novel!!

BTW Jack we also find it very interesting that to win the Wiggins award you had to sue your own father! Yes Jack have you no honor? To win the settlement you had to sue your own flesh and blood! The man who not just brought you into this world but who has continued to bail you out of every legal scrap and business failure! And as we are told your father fell on his sword for you! Wonder how H. John Idema really feels about all of this? This is the motive of a "Patriot" a "Hero"? Sue your father for the sake of what? Money? Maybe folk should call him instead of the Cumberland County Attorney? Why do we have this feeling that there is more to this Wiggins story that meets the eye? Could it be that it was actually Mr. Hagler who found some of the missing items? Not the so-called army buddies Jack made claim to? Is it true that Vicky tried to seduce Mr. Hagler?

You know Jack we wonder why Sargie Bumback reported that Chico Carabello has been separated from you? Sargie Bumback did write the e mail didn't he? Or was that you Jack using Sargie's name? Like to spend time with the ..ah...younger men Jack?

Hey Jack we read your news archives..... like doctoring of legitimate press articles? Did you know that is a violation of copyright laws..... You know what those are don't you?

Speaking of the IRS Jack..... what was your last filing? Why is it that the IRS is investigating you? Why is it that the DEA is investigating you? Drug deals? Weapons deals? Projection...projection....and projection...... P R O J E C T I O N!

Interesting maybe we can help them with there research!

What amazes us is that Gummo and Francis just seem to look the other way when its comes to their client smearing people on his website while it seems to be their defense when it comes to Jack as well. You know Gummo for someone who has made the claims that you have, instead of running to the AIM Report, Newsweek and Time maybe you should file a complaint with the Inspector General Office of DoJ as well as DoD! You can't just say that the entire United States Government is conspiring against Jack now..... Why would they spent this type of effort on our imprisoned POW Hero Leader "Groucho" General Jack Idema to the extent that you make claim too? Nice of you to make the human rights violation arguement! Some nerve! Maybe you should do some pro-bono work on the behalf of some of the other less fortunate political prisoners......... Some nerve Gummo!

You know Gummo we even wonder what folk like Dewey Claridge, Mike Scheuer, and Bob Baer, would think of Jacks AQ Tapes and his claims of an intelligence coup?
