According to the case file ( Enter Case # BC296228 then hit SEARCH ) it appears we have a dismissal in the Idema vs. Fox News lawsuit." 08/02/2005 Partial Dismissal (not entire case) Filed by Defendant". From what we have learned from our news sources. You know the news sources Jack hates so much...yeah those sources. The dismissal is suppose to be a mutual dismissal. Though there are some outstanding issues and we are awaiting the word from the ...ah.....fraudiff or plaintiff himself. Wonder what is going on here? Oh maybe its that mistake we made and need to apologize for. We made an error reporting that Jack was sacked $2500.00. Yes its true we made a boo-boo and we need to correct the record. Our Imprisoned POW Hero Leader "Groucho" General jack Idema was not sacked $2500.00...... He was sacked $5000.00 ...ah...double.....! Pay up deadbeat!
But do not fret Junior Cape Crusaders it ain't over until the fat lady sings and the last time anyone saw the fat lady she had a sack over her head and was being lead away by Jack and Co. as a terror suspect.
But even if there is a dismissal we know our Jack! And he ain't just sitting in his luxury prison cell playing on-line computer games! Jack ain't going to roll over like his dog Sargie did! We know Jack is being a good simian and pounding away at the key boards drafting more insane motions and maybe even a new filing! So while Jack stews over his latest defeat you can make book that the devil is brewing up a storm!
On a more humorous note! We understand that the South Koreans have cloned mans best friend! Yeah and for kicks it was a "Afghan" dog! Yikes Jack! Better call Vicky and tell her to take Sargie out of the refrigerator and send him to South Korea! Your going to need a new playmate its going to be a long five years!
