Picking up where Mariah Blake left off, we have the Socialist Worker pushing its propaganda on the people with this little pearl of hogwash:

The need for regulation was exposed when Jack Idema, a former US Green Beret, was able to open his own private prison where he could torture and interrogate any Afghan he believed was involved with the Taliban.

Indeed, that would be the solution for the socialists at the socialists worker…more regulations! More regulations are going to 'fix' the problem with the Taliban and terrorism!

Jack Idema didn't run a 'private prison'–that is taken right from the Taliban kangaroo court proceeding where Carlotta Gall and others had a ringside seat and could see Jack and his men close up and personal complete with the horrible injuries they sustained in the beginning of their imprisonment when the NDS beat and tortured them with FBI agents laughing in the hallway.

But you wouldn't expect the media *ior the Socialist Worker* to run any of that…it goes contrary to the vile misinformation they're so determined to spread about him, just like the Socialist Worker which I presume couldn't resist jumping on the bandwagon! After all, there are probably graduates from Columbia University helping them manufacture that propaganda. These people are just as goofy as the others who've "reported" in this case…and "goofy" doesn't even begin to describe it."

Picking up where Mariah Blake left off and as proven in court. What Blake wrote was the truth and the truth is a Jack-killer. The Lawsuit against CJR was anti-slapped... So here we have Psychotic and Homicidal Lynn Thomas smearing and cyber salking Blake and CJR because her lover-con was butt whipped in court. You see Junior Cape Crusaders a Anti-SLAPP Montion is a critical decision. Under Section 425.16 of the Code of Civil Procedure it provides a way for a defendant served with a complaint to quickly dispose of the lawsuit. Under the statute, a defendant can immediately bring a "special motion to strike" to force a plaintiff to put up or shut up and if ruled in the favor of the defendant it means that the plaintiff had zero chance of probability of prevailing on the claim.

Once again Jack and his ..eh...legal team had another opportunity to present their FACTS and claims and once again they failed proving that Jackbo is full of himself.

Yes Lynnbo... Jack indeed had his P R I V A T E Prison.... Jackbo was indeed operating as a Bounty Hunter and what Blake wrote in TIN SOLDER was nothing more that the truth.
